Skin
Rejuvenation with Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) and
Radiofrequency (RF) Energy (eLaser & eLight) |
These are the next generation of non-invasive skin
rejuvenation treatment that simultaneously combines IPL
and RF energy to improve the colour and texture of the
skin in a manner that is virtually painless and more
effective than previous techniques. By stimulating collagen
production, it rejuvenates the face, shrinks pores, safely
removes pigmentation, spider veins and rosacea, and can
be combined with subcision to treat acne scars. There
is no downtime associated with this procedure.

Sciton
MicroLaserPeel |
The most advanced in laser
resurfacing. It is an intra-epidermal laser that precisely
ablates the outermost layers of the skin. It is ideal
for patients seeking more visible and longer lasting
results than microdermabrasion or chemical peels. It
is used for smoothening scars, ablating fine lines, tightening
pores, removing superficial blemishes and overall facial
rejuvenation as it gently "peels" away the problematic
skin and promotes healthy and more vibrant skin growth.
It is also known as the "weekend" peel as healing time
takes about two to three days.

Refirme
Skin Tightening (RST) |
FDA
approved in March 2006, this revolutionary combination
of electro-optical synergy & infrared
energies helps to improve skin laxity on the face,
neck, undereye creases, eyebags, abdomen and breasts,
creating
an overall tightening and lifting effect on the skin.
It is a virtually painless and fast treatment for skin
tightening.

Restylane Facelifting |
As your face ages, skin loses its firmness and elasticity. Deep lines may form around the nasolabial area, around the mouth, and the jawline can become saggy. Now, there is a way to refine your face and restore your youth instantly in just 30 minute naturally. Restylane is the Hyaluronic Acid injectable gel used in the new and natural Restylane facelifting treatment to lift your face instantly. Restylane not only increases volume, it also stimulates the growth of new structural components, helping your own skin to further enhance your youthful appearance. It fills out the skin, creating a lifting effect, making it smoother, tauter and instantly diminishing the appearance of lines.
Treatables areas:
- Mid face
- Nasolabial folds
- Saggy Jawline
- Tear Trough (under the eyes)
- Eyebrow

Thermage |
The
Thermage's ThermaCool System is the only FDA approved
non-invasive treatment
proven to tighten loose or saggy skin, producing a "lift" without
an incision. The Thermage process utilizes radiofrequency
energy to activate deeper skin tissue and jumpstart
collagen production. This procedure is referred to
as a mini-face
lift because it is similar to a facelift without surgery.
It can be performed on the upper face (for droopy brows
and crows feet), the lower face (for deep nasolabial
grooves, jawline, and sagging jawline), as well as
for tightening lax skin on the neck. Only one treatment
is
needed, but you can see continual improvement over
6 months. Now with the new Eye-by-Thermage, there is
a
new way of treating loose skin around the eyes and
improving droopy upper eyelids. Body-by-Thermage helps
to tone
flabby skin around the abdomen, especially in post
pregnancy women. There is no downtime for these procedures.

Botox® |
Botox works by relaxing the
muscles of facial expression, softening lines and wrinkles
and giving the face a rejuvenated appearance. Its effects
occur within 7 days and usually last for 4-6 months.
It is also commonly used to contour the face by slimming
down prominent jaw muscles, creating a slimmer and more
feminine jawline. It also helps to reduce excessive perspiration
in the underarm areas, palms and soles, as well as for
slimming bulky calf muscles. |

Matrix
IR |
| This
is the newest non-ablative laser using fractional technology
combined with radiofrequency. It effectively treats scars,
pores as well as lines under the eyes and around the
mouth. It is a fast and relatively painless procedure
with no down time. |
| |
Mesobotox |
Microdoses of botox is injected
into the mesoderm for refining pore size, lifting the
face, and jawline contouring. Since it does not affect
muscles, you can still have a natural facial expression
without the fine skin creases. |
| |
Microdermabrasion
(MDA) |
MDA uses the principle of
mechanical exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, unclog
pores, vacuum off blackheads, lift off superficial pigmentation
and renew the skin. It leaves the skin looking clearer,
softer and smoother. It is used primarily for people
with comedonal and papular acne, as well as an adjunct
to people undergoing skin rejuvenating procedures. |
| |
Injectable
fillers |
The most common non-permanent
filler used is hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring
skin protein that is used to fill up grooves and depressions
in the face that occur as a result of the ageing process.
It can be used on the nasolabial folds (nose to mouth
lines), the nasal jugal groove (groove under the eyes),
the marionette lines (droopy lines at corner of lips),
and on the lips for augmentation. Permanent fillers are also
available.

Chemical
Peels |
Chemical peels are doctor-performed
office procedures where a chemical solution is used to
exfoliate the superficial layer of the skin, removing
pigmentation and other skin blemishes in the process,
leaving the skin clearer, softer, and smoother. Specialized
booster peels are also available for the treatment of
acne and acne scars, as well as for treatment of stubborn
pigmentation.

Surgical
removal of moles and cysts |
Unwanted moles can be removed
using a simple excision technique, and cysts can be removed
by excision and curettage. Moles that are suspicious
for skin cancer can also be biopsied using a punch biopsy. |
| |
Iontophoresis |
In Iontophoresis, a vitamin
C serum is applied onto the skin followed by a very low
level electrical current, which increases the depth of
penetration of the Vitamin C. Being a powerful antioxidant,
Vitamin C repairs the skin's damaged collagen and also
lightens deep pigmentation. It is also used as an adjunct
to skin rejuvenating and lightening procedures. |
| |
Hair
Removal |
Long term hair removal can
be achieved with several treatments using either Laser,
Radiofrequency, IPL or photopneumatic therapy (PPx).
The laser or light energy is used to destroy hair roots
permanently. Hairs of all colours can be effectively
removed in 6 - 8 sessions at 3-4 week intervals. Your
doctor can discuss with you which modality is most effective
for each individual. |
| |
Laser
and Electrosurgical Procedures |
Various different types of
lasers procedures are available for the removal of age
spots, warts, milia or "oil seeds", syringomas, pigmentation,
spider veins, skin tags, decorative tattoos (eyebrow,
eyeliner and body), birthmarks and other skin blemishes. |
| |
Skin
Cancer surveillance and surgery |
Coupled with a yearly skin
exam by a doctor, self-examination of your skin once
a month is the best way to detect the early warning signs
of basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and
malignant melanoma, the three main types of skin cancer.
Look for a new growth or any skin change. |
| |
Skin Lightening Programme |
Lightens pigmentation, age spots, acne blemishes and dark eye circles using Iontophoresis or Chemical Peels, or a combination of both, depending on the patient’s skin condition.
